Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with S & L Lavender Farm! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return a lavender product, please review our return policy below:

  1. Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

  2. Condition of the Product: The returned product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including any tags or labels.

  3. Receipt or Proof of Purchase: Please provide a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number, when requesting a return.

  4. Refund Options: We offer two refund options: a. Full refund: We will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. b. Store credit: If you prefer, we can provide store credit for the returned item, which you can use for future purchases.

  5. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged or was the result of an error on our end. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping expenses.

  6. Exceptions: The following items or situations are not eligible for return:

    • Personalized or customized items

    • Items purchased during a promotional sale (these are considered final sale)

  7. Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps: a. Contact our customer support team by email at support@sandllavenderfarm.com. Provide your order details and reason for the return. b. Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization number and any additional instructions. c. Pack the unused product securely in its original packaging and include the return authorization number. d. Ship the package back to us using a traceable shipping method. e. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund or store credit within 5 business days.
